Take new Jersey turnpike south to exit 11 then get on parkway east jersey shore outlets is off if the parkway not sure what exit it is
Go to Port Authority bus terminal catch the bus number 139 Lakewood Via Freehold Center Mall. You travel to the Freehold Center on the same bus and catch the 8:36 Asbury Park via Neptune Walmart you take 8:36 the same bus to Jersey Shore Premium Outlets and walk about 2 minutes to the Jersey Shore Premium Outlets
You need to get to New Jersey first. Based on your exact location at New York, get to Garden State Park way. Get off at exit 102 and follow directions from there. From exit 102 go towards Asbury Park.
