Tasteless, gritty ice cream with chalky chocolate chips. When you get a spoonful of ice cream it shouldn’t start crumbling. It’s close so I’ve tried to give it a few chances and try different flavors, but it tastes freezer burnt every time. Worst ice cream I’ve ever had and they somehow manage to also charge the most amount of money for it. Most of the male staff has also been extremely rude on almost every occasion.

High raters are delusional. Ice cream used to be good but now it is nothing but flavorless ice. Mint tastes like toothpaste. The chips are chalky. The staff is rude. Especially the guys (girls have been ok so far). I had a guy refuse to serve me a flavor because it was “too hard to scoop” meanwhile the girls have no problem. It’s a shame because I live so close I’d love to come all the time for convenience sake but the quality has gone downhill. It’s like they don’t even taste the ice cream they make.

They made a peach ice cream cake for us. It was so beautifully decorated and delicious. Great staff, great product.
