They dony have free parking, but they do have complimentary rides upto 3 miles from hotel. That includes the port of miami.
No free parking. They have a shuttle that may go to the Port of Miami.
I think the answer to both questions is No and No. However, you can take an Uber to the Port of Miami for a few bucks.
