Unless you just recently got that phone they're not going to replace it they will tell you you are not eligible they only give out one phone per person... the next one you'll have to buy or use an old phone with the new SIM card they'll be sending you... It doesn't matter what you tell them they don't care. They'll tell you you'll have to speak to a supervisor and that supervisor will be that same lady disguising her voice. Beware though they get real nasty on the phone that's why I left and went to assurance wireless they're probably no better.. but at least they gave me a new phone with a one-year warranty free replacement
U will need to call SafeLink from another phone so they can find the problem with your phone. Or if you can get another phone then you can get a SIM card for the phone but it has to be an unlocked phone
