Are broward students only allowed to use this library? Or can anyone go in? Also do you need a library card/account to access the wi-fi?

It's a public library. Anyone can use this facility

No. This library is both privately and publicly owned. Private because of it's affiliation with the college, yet Public because it is still associated with Broward County. Therefore, it is accessible to both college students and regular library patrons or visitors. Also, the library's Wi-Fi is freely accessible to anyone who chooses to visit. A library card nor is an account needed to use it.
