They don't give any extra chance for an extra spin in fact, you get bored losing instead of being entertained. Their is no fun when you lose every visit.
Interesting, this showed up as a question. So sorry this happened. If you had $ left over, you should get at least a reimbursement ticket from the front desk. Taking unplayed $ sounds like a scam. There must be something we missed, otherwise you should sue. If they can't produce something you signed off on that justifies their actions then you should sue. Something that says "Rosie's is not responsible for lost money due to defective machinery" I'd sue for lost potential earnings (whatever the last jackpot was for the game) maybe even distress for the way you were treated when you brought the issue up to the supervisor.
Did you spin the money away? That happens a lot and people don't realize it when using the $0.05 and higher machines. If money is truly stuck in a machine, there are ways it can and would be paid out in most cases. The only time it *could* be an issue is the promotional free play money as they can't reprint those.
