Horrible customer service. We ordered 5 items. The 5 items were handed to us in a drink tray with the largest item in the middle. I said immediately that it was top heavy and was scared to drop it. Got it in the car and the item flipped over into my car while the young man and the operating manager Avery saw. After cleaning the car we asked for a refund and were told he would not refund the shake that fell over off of the tray in front of him as he even confirmed himself. We will never go back there again. This isn't the first time we experienced bad service there. Oh, and no Blizzard flips because they were all runny.

Stopped in for a treat for my daughter after an appointment. The staff was friendly and helped us identify something allergy friendly. We both ordered a Heath Blizzard. Passed the upside down test.

Dining room closes too early. The line for the drive thru backs up on the highway after 8 pm on the weekend. But food good and the ice cream is cold.

Burgers are so good.. always has been since childhood for me. Even the wrappers sell me! Fries are good but get cold fast . So eat em up quick!
