You should understand that these apartments are individually owned condominiums. That's why real estate agents tend to represent owners who are absent for various reasons. You should also know that these condos were built over a span of 25 years or so. Thus, the oldest buildings may not have elevators, or you may be sharing washers and dryers that are not inside your unit. You should also inquire about the one assigned parking space that goes with your unit. Be advised that all spaces are outside. Check on extra fees for parking decals, maintenance, utilities, etc. Bottom line is both budget and where will you be going to visit or work? If it's not nearby, you may want to check other places. And by the way, no pets.
If you are over 55 and do not have a pet I highly recommend Century Village in Pembroke Pines. Use their real estate agents who are on the premises and can help you with the rental contract
