If you don't mind waiting, anytime. Came here today @ about 10:15 waited 40 minutes but it was so worth it!
Either right at 7am when they open or midmorning. There is a little lull between breakfast and lunch (but they serve breakfast so day). Thank also have an app where you can get on the waiting list anywhere.
Midmorning. You can also get community seating if you don't mind strangers.
Anytime other than the usual meal times. And though there may be a line, it goes quickly. Unfortunately, if you are looking for quiet, you won't find it here.

We went about 2, it was'nt totally slow and did'nt have to wait for anything.
