Room had old food behind dresser, questionable holes in walls. Filthy bathrooms and only provided one stained towel. Beds only had a sheet on it. Outlets don’t hold anything in it. Hotel is labeled smoke free but room and hallways reek of cigarette smoke. Many of the rooms are pad locked “under construction” rooms have no mini fridge or microwave. Asked multiple staff members for comforters that were never provided. Multiple rooms with trash outside their door. 10/10 do not recommend

This hotel is allegedly non-smoking but when we entered by the front desk, the place stunk of smoke and animals. The reviews we read were actually for another location a little further north. We were so tired we stayed. We had to get towels from the front desk and we had to wait for washcloths. I suspect the city puts indigent up here. Aside from the stink, there are many dogs and cats in site. I'm allergic to cats and smoke. When husband went to use the washcloth in the shower- it appeared that someone with a bloody nose had used the cloth. Dogs were barking and crying all night. Adults running up and down the hall at 3 a.m. "give me my baby back". The only good thing is that we only paid $53 plus taxes.

I’ve never felt more disgusted and more unsafe in a hotel in my life. Anything less than 2 stars is clearly fake or wrongly placed. No comforters on the bed. Sheets were stained. Unsavory individuals around the building. Shouting and sprinting in the hallways at night. Got assigned a room that already had a family in it. The 2nd room I got had a busted door handle, and I almost got stuck inside the next morning. Good thing my will to leave was stronger than the door. Honestly, I’ve stayed in several in the past and had a wonderful stay. But I don’t think I’ll ever stay at another La Quinta again after this experience. Really a shame.

Manager is personable and goes out of her way for the hotel. She spends hours upon hours making sure the hotel is running smoothly, staying clean and inviting, as well as tending to her staff and guests. In her role I feel like she goes above and beyond and upon staying I was greeted with a warm welcome as well as given extra necessities for my room. My room was clean and smelled of fresh cleaning scents, The woman who has been going through and shampooing all of the carpet‘s I’ve seen spending long hours making sure that they are done right and they look amazing! Keep up the great work Jennifer!

Well I'm a loyal guest, and I've always been told after 3 now some locations might let you check a little early depending on if the rooms are ready.....🙄
11 is what I was told but you can request 12 and if they can accommodate they'll let you know. Some rooms they flip so they require that 2 hour window to strip and redress the room.
You can ask for an extra hour without fee if it is possible, they may give it to you at their discretion based on incoming guests...
Check in is 3 pm but in my experience they will let you check in as early as 12 noon if they have a clean room. And continues throughout noght until 6am
