Great staff, quiet and very clean rooms. Decent channel selection but the older RCA TV's have horrible speakers. Shower was just barely hot enough on full hot, and ok pressure. Problem is the room was very dark, with one tiny window on the wall. Also, this hotel is in a pretty lousy place, geographically. Nowhere I would take the family for a vacation, but for a quick overnight visit, it was fine.

Handicapped room was great! Roll-in shower, hand-held shower head, lots of grab bars and plenty of space. When we called to ask about the room, the front desk lady, Sadie, actually walked down to the room and answered all our questions! Awesome service! The room was big enough to be able to move around in. Lots of storage room too. It was pretty quiet. Bed was a little high for a disabled person to get into but I managed. It was comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. All the staff were friendly. Great location just a few minutes north of downtown. Lots of places to eat nearby.

They charged me twice and are providing no assistance what so ever. The night employee treated me like I was dumb when I questioned her needing my card for “the night” (I knew I had paid). Customer service asked me if I was “really that broke” that I’m making such a huge deal about it. WOW.

We will stay at this hotel again! The staff were very friendly, from front desk, to the breakfast cook, to housekeeping. Breakfast was pretty good and had options. Our room was very clean and quiet. I never sleep well in hotels, but the bed was comfy and the room was quiet. We had the king suite and it had a lot of extra space. The pool area was super clean and the water was warm! Definitely recommend this property. It felt safe even when we returned there close to 11pm.
