This is the coldest place in the city. No heat in this place. Cant believe this

That is what happens when you let the cooks and wait staff run the thermostat

I'm not going to say that it hasn't been cold but I know that I've been in there and it hasn't been cold

I have noticed over the years that it is always very chilly in there
