Hi when you called did they give you a run around that they would call you back and never did ? The lady on the phone literally laughed and brushed me off saying I had already called when I had not. That was Monday and I have yet to hear back !

They are very busy this time of year. If you're trying to book a site just keep calling. We had to call multiple times as well. They will email you once you book a site.

No, but they took well over a hour to sort out our reservation. Claimed they had never got our reservation information. I had to finally pull up emails and credit card receipts to prove to them we had already paid and everything. 🤔
