The condo we stayed in was fabulous but the grounds were not ideal. The beach had liter all over and there is no parking to go to that side of the property. You can only walk. We had planned pictures the night we arrived and had to switch the location last minute due to all the trash on the beach. Their guard shack attendant was very friendly and helpful. Only issues we had was the beach.

It's a little more dated and run-down than we were expecting. The pool is small, and the beach is not for swimming. Some of the units have kayaks, which would be nice here; ours didn't. It made a pretty good base for our scuba and other adventures in the Keys.

I don't think so. There isn't a single one each time we stay here.
You need to check with the owner and see if he has access to a slip. If not there is a marina very close called the Pilot House try there
Closet one is 20 miles
