Can a 3 month old baby ride on the glass bottom boat?

I was just on the tour last week the glass bottom boat tour last for close to 3 hours so if your little baby can handle that then sure why not. Also the upper deck has little to no shade at all.

We did the snorkeling tour but there were babies at the dock. I don't see why they couldn't go on the glass bottom boat.
