It depends on what attraction you do.
Through the actual attractions takes 10 minutes or so. There is usually a 30 minute to 2 hour wait in line unless you purchase a speed pass. If you don't want to wait in line, the speed passes are well worth the extra cost. There is rarely a line for the speed pass so you'll go right in the attraction.
