The prices high for these homes and the investment to move in and buy one did not seem worth it. I will say the staff did great job of being professional and explained the whole process to us and was honest & helpful.

What happened to lot 37? Broken windows and gutted. 10612 Whitmore plz. #37. Drove bye and saw it . Looked like swat had wrecked it. Then I saw spray paint on the walls talking about a guy named Ricky.

No worries. Just sad to see. I was raised in that trailer from 1984 to 2000. And to see it destroyed when there were so many memories. Just sad is all.
