Went to visit some family at Maplewood Estates. My brother just recently moved in and said the process was easy and the management team, Kelly and Candice, at Maplewood were very professional and super helpful. Have really enjoyed the nice clubhouse and pool. Everyone in the complex seems very friendly as well. (:

Went and toured a unit, and the manager Kelly was so personable and professional. The units looked great and you can tell the whole complex looked amazing and well taken care of. I definitely recommend!

Lot rent is $490 for single wide and $500 for double wide. You have to purchase the trailer, plus you will have to pass a background check, have at least 3 (or 4?) paycheck stubs or verifiable income that prove you can afford the lot rent. Maplewood does not provide financing but can point you to at least 2 financing institutions.
