Unfortunately not in Peaceful Valley but we do have a community called Garden Valley on N 16th that allows RVs.

480 a month plus water fees. Has gone up $100 since new ownership 18 months ago. Advise if you are looking for a place to put a mobile home, might want to check elsewhere. Management company is managing for investors, trying to get people to sell out, so they can get house and lot rent.
I would advise to look elsewhere. The only rental trailers are owned by the park. New owners have raised lot rent $75 since October when they took the park over. Check out RV Horizons on line and you will see that they have about 95 percent complaints with the Bbb.
