Hello James,Thank you for your interest in our campground.We offer Monthly spots.We have certain sites that we leave available for guests who need to stay a little longer,but they are not always available. We dont have mobile homes in our campground as mentioned above.We allow RVs,pull behinds and fifth wheels.We do not allow tents or mobile homes.If you would like more information please contact our main office at 304-431-1950 Thank you
