The staff that helped book my rooms over the phone and did my check in upon arrival were extremely helpful. However I was disappointed overall, I stay at La Quinta by Wyndham frequently and those are also rated 2 star hotels and are much nicer than the Days Inn, this was more of a motel than a hotel. I booked 2 rooms during our stay last night, one for myself and one for my parents. In my room the refrigerator did not work at all, the ice bucket was filthy and I also found hair on the lids to the disposable coffee cups in my room. Crumbs, loads of dust, dirty remotes and a stale smoke smell to the room were all disappointing to find. Also in on of the pictures I will include the blind literally can't shut all the way and it should not have been like that. Overall I was extremely disappointed by my stay here because I expected it to be similar to the La Quinta hotels run by the same company that are also basically the same price but the La Quintas are drastically different. I will say for the most part the rooms were fairly clean and I appreciated being put on the first floor like I requested. The staff during the night time were completely negligent unfortunately, I had no toilet paper in my room as there was about one use left upon arrival. Starting around 11pm I attempted 3 times to go to front desk to get toilet paper and nobody ever came out. Then I called the number for the front desk from my cell phone, it rang and rang and then told me I needed a remote access code which we were never provided with. After trying from my cell phone I tried to call the front desk 2 times from my room phone and once again the same thing happened, so I had to give up on getting any assistance at all during the night. I know this review is mostly negative but other than the friendly staff over the phone and upon arrival I really don't have many good things to say about my stay here at the Days Inn. Definitely not worth just over $100 a night to stay at this hotel (motel in my opinion).

I called to ask if they had rooms available, 2 hours ahead of time. I was told yes and then I booked online. Our family showed up at 11:30 PM with our booking number and my credit card pending the amount, just to be told they have no rooms. The owner just said there’s nothing he could do about it and couldn’t tell me how I get my money back. Same thing happened to a guest just before me. Zero customer service skills and no remorse for their mistake. The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke, they were dressed unprofessionally, and when my husband was frustrated, the owner told him to get out. We walked out with our kids and had to drive another 3 hours to find a room. Never again will we deal with Days Inn. Absolutely horrible and rude

We had a nice stay! Our beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The room had a microwave, coffee maker and a mini fridge which were all utilized. The pullout bed in the couch was horrible with springs poking up. We ended up folding the couch up and having my son sleep on the couch instead of the pullout bed. The water pressure was fantastic and I loved the curved shower curtain so the shower seemed way more spacious. The front desk staff was VERY friendly. We would stay again!

It is OK I guess. If I could have a refund I would ask for one and go to Country Inn. We are here for a funeral for 3 days so we're stuck. Beds are soft and very nice staff is about the only positives about it. No coffeemaker or microwave either in rooms. It looks clean but doesn't feel clean.

I've stayed there several times, and I'm a semi-local (20 miles).
Don't know if they have monthly rates. You'll need to call the hotel.
