Do they allow locals i wanna stay a week away from home for my bday but im also a local soo

I've stayed there several times, and I'm a semi-local (20 miles).

I live in camp Creek and we stay there Everytime the power goes out ,which is a lot lol but they say no locals because of people who get a room just to party but if your alone and tell them you don't want a room to cause trouble then they will let you ,we have never been turned away
