Michael at the front desk made us feel welcomed and relaxed. He also got us checked in quickly. He is an example of what customer focused service should be. Breakfast was the usual fare (no bacon). Good nights sleep at a quiet location.

Not too bad of a hotel given the area but I’d be willing to try others before returning. The hotel design is interesting. Beds are ok but a little firm. Lobby area is decent. The breakfast is standard for a Fairfield but forgettable.

Would leave zero stars if I could. Discriminate against service animals, the clerk asked me questions about my service animal that are illegal to ask, and demanded documentation (his service dog ID tag and service dog vest weren’t enough) and demanded ADA documentation, couldn’t tell me exactly what type of document was required and insisted that they are “not pet friendly” their website says “service animals welcomed” but that is not the case. These people need to be educated and trained. He was extremely rude and basically kicked us out of the lobby.

This hotel/our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff on the evening of 4/16 and morning of 4/17 were incredibly kind and helpful. 💯 would recommend this hotel.
