Monthly Rate was $499 back in October, however they were booked up till April-May ??? if your lucky enough to get a spot... be prepared for the Wickam Shuffle.... meaning you will have to skip around to various sites due to booked-sites.
We stayed 5 months. The price was $21 a night before taxes. They do close if a hurricane is expected. The price stayed the same no matter if you were in a tent, camper or Rv. They only allow you to stay a certain amount of time because they don't want anyone establishing residency. If you want to pay in advance for 1 spot for the length you're staying it helps so you don't have to move site to site.
