No one interested in helping a customer on the phone. First person answers like she’d just come from a funeral and I was promptly placed on hold after asking for check printing services. I sit on a recorded hold line with equally dismal music playing same notes over and over. Another person picks up and when I ask if this is print services area she says”what?” and places me on hold again. Providing a service, getting a service shouldn’t be this hard. So long Staples!

I had a really great experience there this week. I was bringing in a Happy Return and the young woman who helped me was so pleasant and cheerful. So different from my experience doing these kinds of returns at other shipping companies. I wasn't planning on doing any shopping there, but she had such a great attitude that I wanted to support them, so I stayed and looked around. I saw they had office chairs on sale, so we decided to buy our new chairs there instead of on Amazon. Thank you for making my day a little bit better with your kindness.

Associates are always helpful

Staff was rude when we asked about a service their website said they had. They said they had no idea what was on the website and didn't offer to find out and the manager was insulting when asked for assistance. We will not be going back.
