Perhaps the folks at PMC didn't know that they were supposed to call you. Parrish has a very clear protocol for answering patient complaints. Your rant is poorly placed here, as PMC, doesn't monitor this Google maps forum. It would help your cause if you followed their directions about complaints handling. Something that will help your cause: when you call them, speak very specifically about how they or what they did that didn't meet your expectations and how they should have given you care/treatment. You are angry, perhaps with cause, saying that you were treated badly, had stupid doctors and that they don't care, speaks poorly of your expectations. Give the business office a call or reach out to the "patient ombudsman" in the hospital. The ombudsman is there to advocate for you in these very situations. You have to talk facts about what happened to you, in detail, with them. If you can only rant about feelings they can't be of much help. Consider how you talk with them.
You might try calling them.
Got me through 2 major surgeries, but I suppose having Dr Mosley as a surgeon played the largest part.I just wish Parrish would learn more about Dolophine and the reason some chronically ill people are subscribed it.To be fair, this was yrs ago...but I would
I was in for two weeks about a year ago and was well taken care of. They were very attentive and I have no complaints about the care that I received. The food wasn't that great but what hospital is. If I need to go to the hospital again I will go back to them
