As far as I know they do take sec. 8? Or they used to, I've been here almost 5 yrs, there are some buildings better then some. Maintenance is trying.They are trying to fix them up. They have move in specials, just have to catch them. The pool is bigger then any other in CB. They maintain it pretty good. The apartments and patios are bigger then any other in CB., The prices vary depending on floor.
No i would not recommend these apartments to anyone either
No theyre not but you do have to make 3 times the amount of your rent per month to qualify to live here.
