The office managers aren’t helpful, even his boss doesn’t do much about bad situations or simple questions. The manager ignored my calls all year and YELLED at me and SPIT in my face right when my lease was almost over. (Also not the first time this has happened in the short year I was here) They don’t inform you on anything going on, they don’t inspect apartments before moving in Don’t recommend AT ALL

I’m in love with these apartments! This is the first apartment complex that I have ever renewed my lease on. They are very quick to respond whenever you have an issue of any kind. All of the staff is extremely friendly, including the maintenance. They always have community events like bbqs during the summer or holiday parties with drawings. They keep us updated about changes in the community or charity events through text message. You can tell that they really care about their residents. Also, I really like the location. Easy access to the freeway, walking distance to the pedestrian bridge and Harrahs casino. Just close enough to downtown.
