I have lived here 4 years and in that 4 years I have complained about several issues. They have changed mgmt 5 times. But with this new mgr Nora I see things getting done. A playground, a dog park roof re-done among other things. But the main issue was a very filthy neighbor the halls would wreek of cat urine and dirty adult diapers. Nora took my issue seriously and they have moved Nora is straight up no bull but very fair. We need a strong person like her Thank you Nora for joining the sherwood team I look forward to your ideas and reign as mgr Thank you for your help🤩

Electricity needs to be in the resident's name. Water, trash, and sewer are itemized and billed directly to the resident.
