I can't say it any better than the others who have answered. If you have concerns about something the dealership has done or is doing... Call them! They don't work for free. I would like to add that I brought my father's 2014 Canyon in for service a few months ago and everyone was exceptionally nice. The service department here is the epitome of what a service department should be.
I found the salesperson I dealt with was courteous and helpful.
To be honest, by your lack of grammar and spelling I don't even know what you're truly asking. If you're asking why the dealership didn't do something, you should call and speak to them. I stand by my original review of the dealerships service dept being outstanding. I also understand they don't do work on credit and I owe you's and paid the diagnosis fees and then brought the vehicle back over a period of time to have the work completed.
