I have had several colonostomy and this is the best by far. The staff and the doctor was above and beyond excellent. The prep that I had to drink was the best I had ever had to do. From my previous experience I thought this was going to be a bad experience but it turned out to be the best. If you want a doctor and a staff that make you feel at home go to Dr. Ibegbu. His ratings exceeds a five to me.

I rarely leave reviews, let alone bad ones, but the experience my husband has had dealing with this place has been ridiculous. The nurses after procedure were great but the front desk is horrible to deal with. After paying a ridiculous amount of money to find out results we find out from Dr. Ibegbu that we could have gotten them over the phone without having to put ourselves in a hole to get them. Then we were told to come back for a prescription he needed and they had absolutely no idea what we were talking about. They completely lost track of it so he didn’t get what he needed. And then to top it off we received a bill in the mail for the amount we had already paid up front. Absolutely ridiculous.
