Just moved to the Jacksonville, nc area, dedicated skater with no access to a skatepark with in a 20 min radius… there is a skate park in the swansboro area but its close because of “covid” nearest skatepark is about an hour in hampstead which you have to pay a small fee I don’t mind paying for an indoor bowl which is a lot of fun, but no skater just trying to enjoy the day should have to waste an hour of driving and pay a fee just to have a seshin hope they build a plaza with the right sizing and obsticals in Jacksonville nc (not in the military base)

We didn’t know this was a military base! We try to go through the entrance and there are like 7 guys with guns. They tell us that it is the on base skatepark. So if you aren’t in the military, I wouldn’t try coming here.

You just need someone with base access to get you on base. Ie; retiree, contractor active duty with ID card.
