Not sure what happened during our visit? There was a reluctance to assist us? It made us uncomfortable. Maybe we’re new to the area and we appeared as newbie’s? Or a contractor license is needed? We weren’t sure if they were in business? No estimation on prices, not even a ballpark amount. So I assumed if you have to ask, you can’t afford it theory? The sales person warmed up a bit, after we didn’t leave from the cold reception. We left w/ 2021 catalog and told to call on Monday. We called the factory from the catalog and they suggested we try three other companies.
