I love Lowe's. They can't answer every call when they're real busy
I had to call twice yesterday before someone answered
I would call lowes at sheila lane.
I don't usually have any real problems with Lowe's.
I am sorry to hear of that,Lowe's customer service appear to be pretty good I can't speak for that particular Branch because I never go that route I think I only been in that store two times and when I did I still don't have to wait for anything sorry I couldn't be of more help!
