I don't think they do, I have never knew anyone who has said they helped them. I have helped two friends that I met there to get signed up for public housing and HUD benefits and apt. that is funded by HUD and got rent based on their income.
No not really...they will try to get you into the projects..but you are basically on your own with finding permanent housing
