Anyone who has base access should be able to use the amenities. The commissary is not MCCS though. Hope this helps!

Anyone active duty, retired, DOD who has a valid military ID can use the pool. This includes all branches of the military. Kids under 12 have to take a swim test to be allowed to go in the deep end or jump off the diving board.
