Horrible place to buy! Guy who does title paperwork is so disrespectful to woman, and was so rude. They promised to fix our light on brand new car and now 3 weeks later they have no clue what we are talking about. Licensed plate took a reminder for them to do it. Please save yourself time and go somewhere else!

I've been here twice and both times had issues. The first time they broke my hood latch and tried to make it seem like it was already broken. I know for a fact it was not because I 1) know how to open my hood and 2) had opened it recently prior and it was fine. I know the mechanic broke it because he was talking about how he was struggling to open it, which means he likely yanked it. I went yesterday to get a new latch put in, on top of an oil change (which was the reason for the first visit, I don't understand why my car was pinging for an oil change when I JUST had one weeks ago?? Strange because I haven't been anywhere) and an inspection. I waited over 2.5 hours just to be told that they ordered the wrong hood latch and it wasn't installed......2.5 hours for an oil change and an inspection.........The cashier took off the price for the oil change, but I ended up being drastically late for an appointment I had after this appointment (which I was told would only take 1.5hrs) Truly the worst VW Service Center I've ever been to. I miss my old VW. The difference in quality and customer service is striking. updating: Changing to 4 stars since Chris (the Service Manager?) called to rectify the issue
