If you’re thinking about buying a home from this builder stop and run. They raised the price 10% when the market started going the other way. Read the issues on the Better Business Bureau, we wish we would’ve listened to them. When we backed out, they kept $10,000 for upgrades we prepaid for when they hadn’t ordered any of the items yet. I truly believe this tactic is a 2nd hustle for them and a lucrative one at that. Even while we were still under contract they were impossible to get answers from. If you’re new to the area, spend some time asking about their reputation before you make a huge mistake.

We have been in contact with A Sydes representative Holly, in regards to maintaining the overgrowth behind out property. Which is causing weeds to come up into our yard as well as wildlife. We have attempted to receive some type of timeline from A. Sydes with no results. We have been dealing with this issue since early March and have continued to be disregarded and made feel as if our concerns are not valid. We have been giving no timelines or any expectations and have been given the runaround on who the point of contacts are for this issue for quite a while. A Sydes needs to reevaluate their landscaping process in order to update homeowners accurately. This is completely unacceptable.
