My daughter and I went to Toyota of Jacksonville on Saturday. Nadya greeted us at the door and she was absolutely amazing!! She walked me thru the process and helped me find the best vehicle for me. I had a great experience with Vince, wish I could give him his own review. However, the experience with Doug, the financial guy, was unpleasant (I've seen some other reviews now with his name in it too, so seems like a trend), he was very pushy about the extended warranty, made my wife feel invisible, made us wait a very long time (we couldn't finish everything the first night and went back the next day, we were expected and Vince still was great but waited for Doug over 30 minutes), they ran my credit again with no communication, then he didn't greet us, made us feel rushed to sign though the paperwork by telling us others were waiting and he's busy, made a big stink about our down payment method and made us feel bad all around. Lastly, the paperwork doesn't match what we wanted or were told we were getting. Very shady and even a few days later I'm still feeling weird about the whole thing.

Here at Stevenson Hendrick Toyota we are following all of the COVID protocols. Our employees are wearing masks and practicing Social distancing. We are sanitizing customers cars in service when they arrive and we sanitize our loaner cars before they go out. We have placed signs at all entrances to let people know what we are doing and what the expectations are to keep everyone safe. Another practice we have put in place is hanging Plexiglas in front of our Service ASM’s to protect them as well as our customers. We have put stickers on the floor in high traffic areas to give people the opportunity to practice Social distancing. We have even gone as far as to take feedback and suggestions from our staff and our customers to make sure everyone has buy in and feels safe. Finally, we clean the store twice a day and sign off on a log to verify it is done. As a Hendrick store, the safety of our customers and our teammates holds a very high importance to us.
