I chose this facility for my brother's rehabilitation upon talking with staff and visiting I was happy and satisfied. He was only suppose to be there for 20 days but loved it and didn't want to return to his old facility. The staff are loving, respectful and caring. If I call and get voice mail my call is returned promptly. My brother has gained weight and said he enjoys his meals. The facility is clean and my brother room stays neat and clean. I highly recommend this facility. Thanks Premier staff for taking care of my brother.

They were good to my mom so I can't complain !! I got my mom back home so I'm happy and she is Happy!!! More staff would help in so many ways but it's like that at any nursing home I've seen with my own eyes it'd going to take something for all nursing homes to get that I'm sure hopefully one day I would love to see that happen :)

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!! I will start off by saying Rhetta was great, but that is all I can say nice. If I could give zero stars I would. They are horrible or at least the ones that I encountered , or took care of my parent, and finding someone who I could talk to while I was there was next to impossible. The first day my loved one was there, I walked into facility smelling like feces and urine. I was praying it was just a fluke that day, it was not. I saw other residents hanging off their beds with no clothes on, screaming for nurses and getting no response, or when the staff did respond they were rude and very impatient. I visited my mom several times a day, at various times thinking that would somehow make them give my loved one the needed attention. unfortunately it did not. The managers of the CNAs and social workers wee even less caring the CNA"s, and accidentally did not hang up phone after calling me, and I heard how they truly felt about patients and patient families, it was sickening! If your loved one is not fully mentally functional, and can't fight back, DO NOT SEND THEM HERE.

When I first began coming here for my grandfather, everyone seemed to want to help. The initial staff is friendly, especially the door people and the people at the front desk. My problem arose from the nurses who have to care for your loved one some are okay but you get alot of those who either don't want to answer any questions or deal with your loved one or you so they just keep them medicated and sleepy. It's sad because I really try to understand what one has to go when working with that many seniors and I know it has to be challenging but that doesn't make it right to make them lethargic or to have an attitude when asked about it, I've even been lied too about what has been given to my grandfather and had to find out weeks later that he had been given something that negatively impacted his health. Just be cautious when coming here and be sure to ask as many questions as you can because some of the staff may be deceitful.

Questions & Answers

Why is your overall rating a 1.9? Has there been any improvements since this last rating? I have been to this facility and understand where the complaints are coming from. What is being done about this?

Nothing has changed..I will never put anyone I care about in that place again.

Can tri care be used on a live in resident? My father is a retired Marine with full bebifits. How would that work if he wanted to reside there He has tri care for life.
