Would call and ask. I don't think it's uncommon for offering lessons to nonmembers. If anything, it's a great way to expose peiple to the course and possibly get new members. If they don't offer lessons to nonmembers, I believe 12 Oaks does.
You should call the pro shop. Not sure if they provide lessons to non-members or if the pros are allowed to provide private lessons.
