I went in to buy 2 filet mignons but the butcher kept asking what else I wanted and started recommending side dishes. I left with 2 filet mignon, 2lb of steak tips, twice baked potatoes, macaroni salad and more. Every single one of those items were absolutely amazing and I would thank him personally but forgot his name. I will be back next week when I finish all of this! Absolutely AMAZING!!

I love my local Holly Springs Butcher’s Market. The meats and seafood are great quality, and I am always treated with respect and friendly chats when I’m there. Thank you for what you do! You are appreciated!

We ordered 4 sandwiches and they were all dry,minimal condiments,and stale bread! The "spicy" Korean BBQ had no sauce,dry cabbage,and no spice! The club had stale bread with literally a drop of mayo. Turkey and provolone had a spread so thin you couldn't even taste it. It was like turkey on dry bread. And the Italian fell apart as as you ate it cause the bread was so stale! With today's prices for food..this was a BIG disappointment! And a big waste of money!
