Helpful staff. Brought my vehicle here for an evaluation and thorough check up after another local independent mechanic tried to rob me blind. I was really upset after the other guy tried to scam me and communicated this with the gentleman at Carroll's and he was so kind and helped me out. Diagnosed my issues (3 total) and was given an immediate text quote and full document explaining everything in detail. 2 of them didn't line up with the other mechanic so they even double checked what the other guy was telling me to make sure. I ended up repairing 2 of the issues myself and let them do the hard work. I feel comfortable taking my car here and would recommend to other non-car people or females. Prices seemed reasonable and fair, and they had my car ready quickly.

I have come to expect interaction with automotive services to be royal pains. Up-sells, bait-and-switch, hidden and unexpected costs seem to be the norm. I was just flabbergasted by the excellent experience I had buying a new set of tires from Carroll’s. No surprises and courteous staff. The price I was quoted on the phone was already less than what I received at any other tire store (and Carroll’s was including alignment in that price!) I was further surprised when I received the final invoice after installation after my appointment today. It was slightly LESS than the out-the-door price I was quoted by phone a week earlier. Carroll’s will be my go-to for tires from here on and I may look to them for future auto repair if needed. We’ll done!

extra lobby and waiting area disinfecting; minimum of 5 times daily disinfecting high use areas after every exposure and use such as: credit card terminal, lobby desk, couches & seating, refreshment areas, door handles and restroom, etc. closure of kids play area until further notice (we will disinfect and re-open after COVID-19 virus is no longer a major threat to their health) staff will use gloves while handling vehicles and will discard after every vehicle. (1-time use glove policy) staff will wash hands after performing repairs on vehicles and after touching every vehicle disinfect tools and equipment after every use clean and sanitize every vehicle after touching or performing work hand sanitizer is available for all staff and customers in the lobby area by automatic hands free dispenser hand soap is available in the restroom for customers to their wash hands nightly cleaning and disinfecting of all areas including lobby areas and shop areas; including all public traffic areas
They do oil changes, it depends on the vehicle and type of oil.
They are very affordable. It's one thing that makes them stand out. Call to ask.
