I think you can bring as many as you want, within reason... but they only allow you to have one at the rail with you while fishing.
You can bring all you want. Only one allowed at the rail, anymore than that have to be stowed in the rod holders up top. They give you a rod and reel to use that is perfectly good but some people still see fit to being thier own.

You don't, they give you everything you need to fish. Beverages & sandwiches are on you, if I remember correctly. Just call and ask. They're a friendly bunch.
I mostly saw 1 or 2 that people brought I don't know what the limit is though 1 is waht they give you.
They supply one with your purchase. I saw no one bring personal equipment.
Not sure if there is a limit. But as fast as the fish were biting the day i went out you only had time to use one pole.
