I don't think they do. But there is a man that sells all kinds of barrels on hwy 70. If you leave Goldsboro, going east on hwy 70, go past Elroy fire station, a couple of miles, look left, there is a type of building with roll up doors on the left, this man is out almost everyday, selling used toys, bikes and barrels. I bought a plastic pickles barrel and made it a rain barrel. Hope this helps. He is right next to Carolina Bay construction.
