Yes you can absolutley climb. You cannot use bolts or anything permanent. It is featured in the Visitors Guide for the area this year. To find out the best places to go, the Mountain Project app is extremely helpful. There is a new book out, but I'm not sure where to get it. My bf connected with the author recently. I'm not sure why the two other people think it isnt allowed. It is a popular place to climb for people who climb over 5.10. I climb at a 5.9, so not too much available here for me.
