Depends, if you go sit at the bar it should be fine, but most people do dress up, business casual is common. Not a suit/tie place either.
It's a semi Swanky kind of place on one side, the bar is much more casual on the other. I would say if you're willing to spend the money for the food the dress code becomes obsolete. Plenty of people and jeans and a t-shirt throughout the day. During dinner the dress does become more formal due to its price point.
