We moved more than 9 months ago and had all mail forwarded to new address, however, recently last month someone sent us a letter to old address. That has since been stopped forwarded , how do we locate this letter do we put in another address forward

I would definitely put in another forward and update it so that it doesnt happen again. As far as the letter it was more than likely either delivered to your old address or returned to the sender.

Mail is forwarded for 12 months. The following 6 months the mail is returned notifying sender of new address.
