Lovely Flower

I left my package in the mailbox almost a month ago and it never arrived at its destination. And it is the date that is still lost. Thanks for not helping. How can a package be lost? Now my confidence is definitely gone

There’s a lady here that’s been pretty rude to me when I drop off my packages. The older man is nice. Also package pick up is terrible Iv schedule for pickups about 5 times 3 outta the 5 they don’t show up yet send me and email they did. One lady who came to pick up was rude to me a younger lady who came was very nice and understanding. But yeah messed up that they don’t even stop to pick up my packages then lie about it

Poor customer service. I wish they had a self service kiosk like most post office do then I dont have to deal with the incompetent personnel. And dont get me started on my home mail delivery person or persons... thanks los banos I'll drive to merced to mail my letters. I've visited the post office recently and had really pleasant experience. The man who helps inside is nice. Also our regular mail delivery yo our home has improved as well. Thank you

With out a doubt the gentlemen that is working the front of the Post Office has no PR skills what so ever and should be fired immediately. He has no respect at all, my wife came in today around 3:50 to certify a letter and he threw the pen at her and did not at all at any time help her or to acknowledge that what she filled out was correct so that it could get to its proper destination. If you are unable to respectively deal with the public then I suggest you find another career or take a class on actually being a stand up guy representing the Los Banos Post Office. I will be following up a compliant to see that you're reprimanded for your unprofessional approach. This is not your first time doing this to customers and it needs to be addressed immediately.
