I am married for the second time. I have my divorce documents but not my marriage license from my first marriage. I have my marriage license from my current marriage. Can I still get the federal drivers license?

You need a continuous chain of name change documented from your birth certificate to your current name. If you didn’t change your name you don’t need the marriage documents and if you did you do need them. It’s only needed for the new compliant license, not the old kind.

I recently did the federal ID and I believe it says all paperwork relating to marriage. The thing I am unsure of is if it only applies to women because of different names. If you call them they will be able to give full answer.
